My recent wine exploration has lead me to re-discover the complexity of characteristics that can be held within a bold, oaked Chardonnay. This particular Chardonnay was introduced to me during my WSET level 2 course, and I was not disappointed!

Produced in Napa Valley, California, well known for wines of character and expression, the Bread & Butter 100% delivers on the prestigious expectations that this the region sets.
The glossy golden appearance gives an immediate impression of the depth that can be expected from this wine.
A big pronounced nose of tropical fruits, pineapple, banana, coconut is hugely inviting.
The palate continues with tropical fruits, accompanied by added layers of complexity of toasty oak, cream and vanilla.
This really is one of the most interesting Chardonnays i’ve encountered, bursting with huge flavours. Big, powerful and complex, this will cut through most dishes and set itself as the centerpiece for any event.
